These terms govern your use of si-infra.com. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

si-infra.com publishes a reading of progress toward superintelligence, analyses that explain each move, graphics, a catalog of research papers and downloadable data. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

Membership from Oct. 31, 2026

From Oct. 31, 2026, the journal, the full ledger history, the data downloads and the method pages will be available to paying members. The home page scoreboard stays free. Plans, prices, billing terms and cancellation rules will be published before that date and will apply to memberships from then on. Until then, the whole site is free to read.

What you may do with our work

  • Read, share and link to any page.
  • Quote short passages with credit and a link to the source page.
  • Republish our graphics with credit to si-infra.com and a link, keeping the axis labels, legend, sources and watermark intact.
  • Use the downloadable data for research and journalism, with credit to "SuperIntelligence Infrastructure, si-infra.com" and the date you retrieved it.

Everything else, including republishing full articles, reselling our data, or training a commercial product on our content, needs our written permission.

Fair use of the site

Read and fetch pages at a pace the site can bear, respect the membership once it starts, sign up with your own email address alone, and use the site lawfully.

Accuracy

We work to get every fact right and correct errors in place. The reading is an editorial judgement built on public evidence and a published method. It is journalism: read it as analysis, and take financial, legal or investment advice from your own advisers. You use it at your own risk.

Our sources link to other sites, and each of those sites answers for its own content.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability excludes indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Liability the law holds in place stays in place.
